For over 25 years, Randy Mountz has been a thought leader in digital advertising and marketing technology sectors, earning a reputation as a team builder and business leader. Holding strategic roles at growing companies such as Aol, Tellme, MySpace, SixApart, IZEA, inPowered, and Bidtellect, Randy has amassed many business learnings and life lessons along the way. He’s led national and regional teams, managed P&L’s, been accountable to CEO’s and boards, participated in winning M&A events, integrated acquired companies and personnel, hired and fired, and generally ‘walked in your shoes’ as an operator. Randy’s friends and colleagues often refer to him as driven, knowledgeable, and authentic, and those qualities permeate the team culture at rise44. With a focus on service, process, and most importantly people, Randy entered the recruiting profession in early 2016 and has earned repeat business from dozens of clients. Leveraging this collection of real-world experience coupled with his personal qualities, Randy maintains a focus on qualitative results for his clients at all times.

The glue behind the scenes, Lisa leads administration and operations for rise44 and keeps the trains running on time. Lisa has been in recruiting operations for 6 years with GM Ryan International where she’s led research, operations, training, and training teams. Leveraging her technology savvy and organizational skills, Lisa has designed and implemented core processes and tools that are now used as a benchmark for differentiation with rise44 clients. Before entering the executive search business, Lisa previously ran sales, marketing and business administration functions for Enterprise, while earning several promotions and increased responsibilities based on stellar performance. Lisa earned her bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and volunteers with a local nonprofit group in her spare time.

Matt Vahle has been recruiting in digital technology sectors for 10+ years, having placed senior professionals for a variety of venture-backed startups as well as public companies. Matt primarily focuses on commercial roles – sales, BD, marketing, client success – from individual contributors through regional and national VP’s, and concentrates on data-driven tech sectors including IoT, mobile, SaaS, and Internet. Prior to entering the executive search vocation in 2009, Matt’s preceding experience includes a dozen years of sales experience within the same digital, data, and software communities he now serves. As an industry insider, the recurring feedback on Matt is that he cannot only perform exceptional recruitment outcomes, but that he can uniquely identify with the candidates and hiring executives he represents. Although he now enjoys living in northern California, his NYC roots proudly stay with him.

After moonlighting as a stand up comedian and comedy writer for 7+ years “back in the day”, Trish gravitated to the Internet from its early inception. She enjoyed a successful digital sales career at companies like iVillage, About.com, Yahoo, Vibrant Media, and other early stage startups where she was able to develop and build long lasting agency and direct brand partnerships with Walmart, P&G, Home Depot, Dell, Lowe’s and many more—selling millions of dollars across display, video, native, search, programmatic, and marketing tech SaaS platforms.
While Trish always loved identifying talent for the companies where she was employed, she’s had an internal instinct telling her that professional recruiting was her vocational calling. Since joining rise44, Trish has discovered that her true passion is for helping people build strong companies through talented sales teams and advancing careers. Trish spends her day thinking about how to identify A+ sellers for her clients and how to help candidates carefully consider their options for the greatest personal and professional impact. Trish’s core focus is on client facing roles across both emerging and established Internet and software companies, within IoT, data, adtech and martech.
